  • Micro Nano Characterization Facility 

The Projects Office process encompasses the end-to-end operations required to manage, support, and deliver projects, services, and training engagements at CeNSE central facilities.

It includes the following functions:

Project Management

Conducting feasibility assessments, planning, execution, and monitoring of external service requests and development projects utilizing CeNSE infrastructure and expertise.

External Training

Designing, scheduling, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for external participants, including coordination, resource allocation, and feedback management.

Customer Management

Facilitating engagement with external users, including onboarding, communication, service coordination, and ensuring smooth access to CeNSE central facilities.

Finance

Managing financial workflows from quotation preparation to invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation.

The scope spans interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all processes adhere to CeNSE protocols, project specifications, and the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

The Projects Office process conforms to the IMS Policy of CeNSE by ensuring compliance with:

  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management) – for systematic and efficient project delivery,
  • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) – for environmentally responsible operations,
  • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) – for safe and healthy working conditions.
